Cameron joined the IN2 Consult to look after our Qualified Reporting Market in our London team. Cam looks after roles such as Management Accountants, Group Financial Controllers, Finance Managers and Heads of Finance. Cameron joined us with five years of experience as an Account Manager and just over two years of prior experience in recruitment across the education & engineering sectors.
The experience Cameron has gained over time within recruitment has taught him the importance of listening to both candidates and clients to understand their motivations and drivers alongside their needs and requirements.
Cameron decided to move into recruitment after gaining valuable transferrable skills in his previous roles, which he could utilise to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients, respectively. His goal for his candidates is to find them their dream job, and for his clients, to find the highest calibre of employees by having an honest and consultative approach.
