How Did IN2 Consult Helped?

A Little About The Company

IN2 Started supporting our $18 Billion Revenue Aerospace and Defence sector client in 2021 when the organisation was struggling with the workload across their accounting divisions in the EMEA and APAC regions.

The Challenge

Our client had initially set out a list of requirements and budgets that simply weren’t realistic to achieve in the market at that time. They were struggling to identify and attract the right candidates with the right skill sets who met their strategic goals, while also fitting into their financial framework.

Our Process

Rather than taking the same approach as the rest of the pre-existing PSL, IN2 met with every hiring manager individually to provide them a complex breakdown of the cost of specific skill sets in the market and to understand which skill sets were the priority for the roles at hand.

By leveraging our in-depth market insights, our extensive network and using this consultative process we managed to place two initial roles and earn our place on the PSL.

The Results

From never supporting the client prior to 2021 we have gone on to become their exclusive partner for interim recruitment needs for accounting positions in the UK.

During the busiest time of the year for the client (late Q2 moving into Q3) we placed 4 interim contractors all within 5 working days of receiving the role and the fastest role being placed within 24 hours of receiving the job description from our client.

The Business Impact

Having such a short turnaround on all 4 roles meant the client was able to get contractors started within their time frames without feeling any impact across their finance teams.

Contract recruitment is extremely fast-paced and so to be able to successfully hire strong interim professionals there has to be both a strong recruitment process from the client side as well as a strong agency network built up over time through a proactive approach to generating talent pools.
