A Little About The Company
The organisation is a housing association based in the heart of Bradford that provides social housing for tenants to rent and sell “Over 55’s” housing. They build their own houses and their mission is to provide affordable, warm, safe and comfortable housing to everybody and anybody who needs it.
The housing association is a not-for-profit that boasts excellent customer satisfaction and is well known for being a fantastic association.
The Challenge
The client was already working with 5 existing specialist agencies, all of which had been on their PSL for at least two years, to fill various roles within their finance department. Despite this, the managers struggled to find and engage new candidates through the existing PSL. They were in urgent need of a new recruitment partner capable of delivering fresh talent.

How IN2 Consult Supported
We introduced ourselves to several key stakeholders who were struggling to recruit for numerous positions within their team, and we presented three candidate profiles for each role within 24 hours.
Although we were not initially on their PSL, the superior quality of our candidates compared to those from their existing PSL, meant we were given the opportunity to share our network with them.
The Business Impact
As a result of showcasing our network and being added to their PSL, we successfully secured candidates for all six positions they were hiring for across Transactional, Part Qualified, and Qualified Finance roles. Seven months later, all six candidates are still thriving at the organisation. Since then, we have filled three further positions for them.
