Filipa brings a wealth of skills gained from her previous experience in finance recruitment across the Buckinghamshire region. Filipa began her recruitment career while pursuing her university degree, transitioning to a full-time role upon graduation. Her passion for recruitment is fuelled by the dynamic nature of the field, where no two conversations—whether with candidates or clients—are ever the same, keeping her constantly engaged.
