Joseph joined our Thames Valley team to look after our Qualified Reporting Market, focusing on the South of the Thames Valley region, alongside Kelly, who focuses on the North. Joseph specialises in placing all roles within the market, including Qualified Management Accountants, Financial Accountants and Finance Managers.
Joseph studied business at Henley and initially considered a traditional sales career before realising that recruitment was the best form of sales. Following a year in Melbourne, having turned down his university offer, he swiftly moved into the world of recruitment.
He brings extensive experience from his work in the Part Qualified market across West London and Buckinghamshire. Joseph excels in building long-lasting relationships and prioritising understanding people deeply before focusing on work. He finds the most rewarding part of recruitment to be understanding individuals thoroughly and making informed judgments.
