Oscar has joined us to look after our Junior to Part-Qualified market. Oscar supports candidates currently studying for finance qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA. He covers all roles within the market, ranging from Assistant Accountants, Management Accountants, and Finance Analyst to FP&A Analysts.
Oscar has joined the team, starting his career in recruitment to immerse himself in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that enables him to build strong relationships while steadily progressing and taking on greater responsibilities.
He brings a diverse background to the team, holding a philosophy degree from Reading University, where he explored human motives and behaviours beyond face value. With seven years of experience in the education sector, he has worn many hats—from teaching to designing and leading successful holiday camps for children. Additionally, he spent nine months training as a detective with the police, honing his resilience and problem-solving skills.
