Patryk has been one of the longest team members with us here at IN2 Consult, having joined us in July 2019. Patryk has progressed massively in the company and is now the Regional Sales Director, looking after both our London and Thames Valley Team.
Patryk joined us straight after university, jumping right into the world of recruitment and adding value to the team straight away. He has built a strong network of candidates and clients alike, covering executive-level Finance roles and supporting a wide range of clients from start-ups to high-growth SMEs and FTSE-listed businesses. Patryk takes a personal approach to the recruitment process, always offering opportunities for informal conversations to advise on market changes and conditions.
Pat specialises in Qualified Commercial and Reporting Senior Finance Leadership, placing roles such as Financial Controllers, Finance Directors and Heads of Finance. Pat understands that business needs will differ from company to company and so ensures that he understands the long-term plans or to ensure that technical requirements and long-term cultural fit are met.
