IN2Consult / AP Specialist / 6 month FTC / up to £24 per hour umbrella / Waterloo / 2 days remote working per week
IN2Consult are working with a London based marketing agency who are on the lookout for an AP Specialist to join their team. This is a 6 month fixed term contract that can pay up to £25 pph umbrella. You will need to have at least 4 years of Accounts Payable experience & the ability to hit the ground running, making an impact in a short amount of time. Responsibilities -

Review of staff expenses

Weekly payment run for UK & overseas entities

Oversee input of bank entries
- Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly bank reconciliations

Ensuring credit card reconciliations are updated by the team and the overdue list is published

Manage direct debits with UK bank accounts

Manage and deal with any queries from vendor related to payment made (i.e. remittance advices)

Ownership of electronic API between financial system and multiple banks

Preparation of working files for year-end audits for areas of responsibilities

Adhoc duties as required
Beneficial Skills -
- 4 years of AP experience
