Accounts Receivable Team Lead, Blackburn- Circa. £28,000 - £32,000 + Bonus & Benefits- Permanent
IN2 Consult is partnering with one of the biggest market leaders on the recruitment of an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Lead to oversee a team of accounts receivable specialists within an exciting, high progression environment.
The key duties of this AR Team Lead role include:
- Managing, training & development of a team of AR clerks
- Oversee & distribute workload to meet KPIs
- Monitor end-to-end processes, investigate and resolve any issues
- Management of daily, weekly and monthly reporting for areas of responsibility
- Monthly reconciliations of sales, cash, card and other GLs (as relevant to role)
- Identify ways to improve processes
- Provide support to customers
- Communicating and liaising with customers to resolve any escalated queries
The desired candidate for this Accounts Receivable Manager role should have the following experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within an accounts role
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Highly organized and efficient
- Great communicator
- Experience in SAP would be highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills
