Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and process-oriented Functional Consultant with expertise in sales and the contract-to-process lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industry workflows, experience in process orchestration, and a focus on optimizing the end-to-end sales journey. This role will work closely with internal teams to enhance sales processes, manage risk assessments, and support seamless transitions from initial quote to contract and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales cycle from quote to contract, ensuring smooth transitions and effective handoffs.

  • Process Orchestration: Collaborate across departments to streamline the process from sales initiation to go-live, focusing on efficiency and adherence to best practices.

  • Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct thorough risk analyses, particularly regarding credit risk and process bottlenecks, and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

  • Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and provide recommendations for improvement in line with industry standards and company goals.

  • Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure that customer service considerations are integrated throughout the sales process to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of process updates and provide regular reports to stakeholders on performance, risks, and improvement areas.

  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of sales, contract management, and associated industry workflows.
