Job Duties:

• Managing and maintaining fixed asset records
• Performing asset capitalization and depreciation calculations
• Conducting regular asset audits and reconciliations
• Preparing fixed asset reports for management
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting related to fixed assets

Required Qualifications:

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in fixed asset accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed asset accounting

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
