Group Management Accountant - Up to £400 per Day (Inside IR35) - Dartford - Hybrid, Benefits & Pension - Temp to Perm Opportunity - ACCA/CIMA/ACA
IN2 Consult are partnering with a growing company based in Dartford on their recruitment of a Group Management Accountant to join their finance team on a temp to perm basis.
This opportunity requires a candidate with proven ability with strong management accounting experience who is experienced in working within a multi-entity environment. This role will play a key part in driving and shaping the business during an exciting period of growth.
This Group Management Accountant role includes the following responsibilities:
- Take ownership of preparing management reporting packs, including prepayments, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis against the budget, and fixed assets.
- Support the audit process, ensuring alignment, compliance, and accuracy.
- Use your expertise to enhance the finance function by improving controls, processes, and overall professionalism.
- Lead the consolidation of three entities, with a future focus on automation.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders responsible for completing statutory reporting.
The ideal candidate for this Group Management Accountant role will have the following experience:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified with at least 2 years' PQE
- Proven experience in producing accurate management accounts
- Experience in supporting audit processes
- Prior track record in multi-entity consolidations
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work well individually or as part of a team
- Ability to drive business performance and implement process improvements
- ERP system implementation experience (desired but not essential)
