Group Reporting Manager
Location: South East England, Berkshire, Slough
Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Overview:
IN2 Consult is currently working with a key client who are looking for a Group Reporting Manager to join them on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly aqcuisitive PE backed business who is a market leader in their field.
Key Responsibilities
- The accurate and timely completion of external financial reporting
- Oversee the production of Statutory Accounts for all entities
- Supporting Senior Leadership
- Ownership of the Groups’ policies and procedures
- Responsible for the implementation of changes to IFRS across the Group
- Responsible for the correct reporting of intangible assets, both acquired and internally developed capitalised expenditure
- Technical lead for acquisition accounting
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in a Group Finance team
- Expert knowledge of consolidation processes
- Qualified accountant ACA or ACCA
- Strong Reporting Background in IFRS, UK GAAP
- Strong exposure to Leadership and managing teams
