About Us: My client are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Systems Manager to oversee and enhance their NetSuite ERP system, ensuring that it supports our company's growth and operational needs.
Position Overview: The NetSuite Systems Manager will play a critical role in managing our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise processes, integrate new functionalities, and maintain system integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- NetSuite ERP Management: Oversee the integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite ERP system to ensure it aligns with our business needs.
- System Optimisation: Identify and implement enhancements to the NetSuite system that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to develop and automate cross-functional business processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving system-related problems.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure that all operational data, including stock levels and inventory transfers, is accurately reflected in the NetSuite system.
- Technical Architecture Development: Create and develop the technical architecture of NetSuite to support integrations with B2B, retail, marketplaces, and warehouse systems.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external NetSuite consultants and technical partners to ensure successful implementation and support.
- Strategic Alignment: Promote company-wide procedural coherence and strategic alignment through the effective use of the NetSuite system.
Requirements:
- NetSuite Experience: Proven experience managing and optimising NetSuite ERP systems.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee system implementations and upgrades.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on system improvements and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical architecture development and integration strategies within NetSuite.
