Job Title: Solutions Architect - D365 F&O, CE, and SCM

Location: Flexible

Day Rate: £550 - £750 per day (based on experience), contract, outside IR35

Working Pattern: 3 days per week onsite

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and delivering innovative solutions for a team of 7-8 people, supporting the manufacturing sector.

This is a hybrid position that combines technical acumen with exceptional people skills to ensure the successful implementation of D365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful projects and a strong understanding of business processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement D365 solutions across F&O, CE, and SCM modules

  • Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions

  • Provide expertise in key modules, including:

    • Production Control

    • Warehouse Management

    • Product Information Management

    • General Ledger (GL), Payables Ledger (PL), and Treasury Sales and Marketing

  • Showcase base-level finance knowledge and apply a robust understanding of processes and operations

  • Collaborate with and guide a diverse team to ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Deliver solutions tailored to the manufacturing sector, leveraging deep industry knowledge

  • Foster a people-centric and social management style to encourage team collaboration and development

Requirements

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in previous D365 implementation projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing achievements

  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of D365 modules, particularly Production Control, Warehouse Management, and GL/PL/Treasury

  • Operational Insight: Strong grasp of business processes and operations within the manufacturing sector

  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a people-centric management style. Comfortable engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Adaptability: Familiarity with working in manufacturing environments, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving needs

  • Certifications: Although not required, certifications in D365 solutions architecture are advantageous.
