Internal Job Description: Trainee Recruitment Consultant at IN2 Consult

Position: Managing Consultant

Location: Reading based - Hybrid

Salary: £23,000 -£25,000 per annum 

 

Overview:

 

We are pleased to announce an internal opportunity for the position of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at both IN2 Consult and Cloud2 Consult in Reading. This is due to internal growth opportunities due to a very successful Q4 of the businesses.

 

IN2 Consult is a Finance and accountancy Recruitment business and Cloud2 Consult is a Transformation and ERP focused business looking to bolster their presence within the market. This is an excellent chance to join a business that is oriented towards growth and wants to raise the bar within the industry.

 

This role is designed for a high-performing consultant who ideally comes from a graduate or sales background. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Management: Utilise existing client relationships and develop new ones to secure job orders and meet recruitment needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Placement: Employ advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate identification to placement.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
  • Sales and Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities and expand IN2 Consult's client base. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Offer guidance and support to junior consultants, sharing expertise and assisting with complex placements.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, job orders, and candidate placements. Provide regular progress reports to management.

 

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success as a recruitment consultant

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.

Commission Structure:

This structured commission plan is designed to reward high performance and incentivise exceeding billing targets.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Secure and fill a set number of job orders monthly.
  • Expand the client base and generate new business leads.
  • Maintain a high placement success rate and client satisfaction.
  • Meet with clients to build relationships and expand our service across their business
