IN2 Consult are working closely with a market-leading real estate business based in London on their recruitment of a Finance Manager to join their dynamic finance team.

This Finance Manager role includes the following responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights to guide business strategy.
- Perform financial analysis to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for cost-saving or revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for management, including variance analysis, KPIs, and financial trends.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Lead the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage financial audits and work with external auditors to ensure the company's financial records meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard the company's financial assets.
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager role will have the following experience:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
