Finance Transformation Lead- £110,000-£120,000 + Bonus & LTIP- Central London (Hybrid)- ACCA/ACA/ICAEW/CIMA

IN2 Consult is partnering with a hyper growth client in the Crypto Currency/ SaaS sector on the recruitment of a finance transformation lead

to join their growing team. The role takes a leading point in the improvement and transformation of key elements of the accounting process including

P2P, O2C, R2R, Internal Controls and Financial Reporting as well as financial systems.

 

The key responsibilities of this Finance Transformation Lead role include: 

  • Partner with the Finance Transformation team to develop and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns with company goals.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization across finance functions, including accounting, reporting, planning, and analysis.

  • Drive the adoption of new financial systems and technologies to improve operational efficiency and data transparency.

  • Automate manual finance tasks, such as month-end reconciliations, by developing API integrations and data extraction tools.

  • Assess and recommend financial technology solutions to enhance system connectivity (e.g., ERP, FP&A platforms, robotic process automation).

  • Lead project teams, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of transformation initiatives.

  • Document processes and develop training materials to support adoption of new systems and workflows.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance function.

 

Key responsibilities for this Finance Transformation Lead role include:

  • ACCA/ACA/ICAEW/CIMA Qualified with significant years of post-qualified experience

  • Previous Big 4/ Top 10 Audit firm background is a big advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in working within a high growth organisation

  • Hands-on experience in finance operations or finance management, with strong knowledge of month-end and annual closing processes

  • Proven experience implementing and integrating financial systems 

  • Strong track record of driving change and transformation across key elements of an accounting and finance function

  • Experience in business partnering with key stakeholders
