Finance Manager - Reading - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
IN2 Consult are partnering with a central Reading SME client on the recruitment of a Finance Manager to join their team.
The key duties of this Finance Manager role include:
- Driving process improvement
- Consolidation of key entites
- Ownership of the month end process and close
- Implement changes and improvements for month end/ Ledger
- Presenting Month end and actuals v forecasts to senior stakeholders.
- Management of a couple of Management accounts and an AP Manager.
- Assisting the FP&A function with annual budget preperation
The desired candidate for this Finance Manager role should have the following experience:
- Proven track record mid level Finance Management
- SME background is preffered, but not essential
- 3+ Years of Month-end management accounting experience including balance sheet reconciliations
- Exposure to supporting year-end accounting processes
- Advanced Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Exposure to audit preperation/partnering
